Artisanfirst Designs, having its registered address at 2nd Floor, J 21, Sector 63, Noida, 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India, is managing and operating DREAMY WALLS website and its mobile application.
We at DREAMY WALLS aim to provide only the best customer experience to our Users, be it placing an order or initiating a return. When conducting transactions on our platform, you can anticipate a seamless and effortless experience in returning any products you have purchased.
You can confidently rely on us as your preferred shopping destination, ensuring a hassle-free experience in returning the Product that you have ordered.
Our Return and Refund Policy is as follow
All our products are handmade with natural materials and slight variation is to be expected due to its inherent nature. An exchange/ refund will be promptly initiated only in case of any manufacturing defect.
We conduct a thorough quality check and use best packing practices to ensure that the products reach you safely and in best condition, However, in the unlikely event, your merchandise arrives damaged then:
Reporting Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the damage. Please send an email to juhikumar@artisanfirst.ae with photographic evidence of the damage.
Assessment: We will evaluate the damage and ascertain its eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Refund/Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will either refund the purchase price or replace the item.
If our products don’t match your expectations, you can return the products within 7 days of receiving the products. To be eligible for the return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return will be processed free of charge. We will collect the product(s) from your doorstep. Once we receive your item, we will promptly notify you of its receipt and status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
In cases where the pin code is non-serviceable by our delivery/ courier partners, the reverse pickup can be done once the pin code becomes serviceable again

In case you receive a SMS/Mail confirming that your package has been delivered and you have not received the delivery, please reach out to us on juhikumar@artisanfirst.ae or on +919871691356 within 24 hours of receiving the SMS/Mail confirmation
Dreamy Walls uses 3rd part courier/delivery services and is not liable for any delays in shipping. We share approximate days for delivery as provided by the courier company. Our endeavour is that you receive the delivery as soon as possible. Our Customer Service Team will be available to assist you.
Dreamy Walls reserves the right to deny a free return if a) Previous COD ordered has been cancelled at doorstep, b) if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account
Orders can’t be cancelled/ altered after four hours of placing the order.
In case of non-acceptance of the delivery or if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier/ shipping agency, or the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Dreamy Walls reserve the rights to a) In case of prepaid orders: charge 2 way shipping cost, b) In case of COD Orders: deny future orders

Upon the receipt of the products for refund, we will verify and assess and once it clears all quality checks the refund will be processed in form of voucher/ wallet money which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used in next six months without any limitations.
Our effort is provide you the best customer service and will try resolve all the issue amicably. But in case of any disputes, the jurisdiction of dispute shall be Noida, India.
For bulk or custom orders this policy doesn’t apply. Returns will be discussed on case to case basis for such orders
Dreamy Walls reserve the right to reject repeated returns for the same order.
All returns, refunds, quality checks are subject to the discretion of Dreamy Walls. We would like to assure you best of the customer experience.
