The delivery time is subject to location, distance and our delivery partners. Dreamy Walls is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive the Tracking information (AWB Number and Courier Partner Name) via mail & SMS. You can track the status of your order by putting in the AWB number on Courier Company’s website.
Our Courier Partner will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. Kindly provide an accurate shipping address to ensure successful delivery.
Cash on Delivery is not available for certain postal codes. Kindly contact our Customer Support Team for any queries regarding the same.
Please be informed that refusal of acceptance of Cash on Delivery(COD) order upon its arrival may lead to deactivation COD payment option for that account.
Orders will not be modified or cancelled after four hours of order placement.
